Provided photo.[/caption] Delph, a major in the Army Reserve, served on active duty last winter in Puerto Rico in support of Hurricane Maria relief and recovery operations. A member of the Army Reserve since 2001, he is currently deputy emergency preparedness liaison officer for Indiana. Delph spent last Christmas in Puerto Rico, which was devastated by the hurricane, which destroyed homes and wiped out power to the island.
