INDIANAPOLIS—In the Navy, SEAL stands for Sea, Air and Land Team. In the Indiana Office of Technology, it stands for State Earn and Learn IT Program—and it is potentially award winning.

Award-nominated program helps those without degrees into IT jobs

The SEAL IT Program, meant to train Hoosiers for jobs in the IOT, is a finalist for the State CIO Office Special Recognition Award from the National Association of State Chief Information Officers.
